A True Cyster

Today I really feel like a numb skull. I had three sebaceous cysts surgically removed from my scalp to hopefully prevent them becoming infected like a previous one did. Doug gave me a blessing last night and Clarissa accompanied me to the appointment, so I was all set. So now my numb-skullness is almost worn off but I have eight stitches to show for my effort. What an exciting day--I'm in stitches!

I'm sorry your skull will now be numbed to our sarcasm :)
But seriously, I hope that you're doing alright and that none of them are infected. Did they give you a new haircut too or was it in a less cosmetically sensitive location on your head?

Well, she'll be oozy suzy for a few days. They cut her hair in a couple of spots about 2" across in order to get down to the scalp.
She had a few stitches after they removed the cysts.
She was up bright and early this morning and went to work. She worked a full day and rushed off to a YW training meeting tonight. So she's back to normal.
Thanks for your prayers.
You want pictures????
